Casa Loma Ballroom - 3354 Iowa at Cherokee
For your convenience shuttle service will be available round trip from the Soulard neighborhood
What:
Ten professional and ten amateur chefs compete in respective categories for the title of best Cajun/Creole dish. Attendees are provided four food tickets and unlimited samples of Bud Light and Pepsi products. Watch chefs prepare their dishes while enjoying live music by Spur. Additional food samples are available for purchase at $1 per sample. Ticket holders receive a recipe booklet featuring the recipes of each of the chefs featured in last year's competition. You must be 21 and older to attend.

*Due to St. Louis City Health Department regulations and policies, attendees are not permitted to sample foods prepared by competitive chefs. Mardi Gras Inc. contracts with an outside caterer who prepares samples for attendees.
Cost:
Tickets are $25.00 in advance and $30.00 on the day of the event. Each ticket holder will receive a coupon good for a "free" bottle of Crystal Hot Sauce! Tickets purchased after Jan. 14th will be available for pickup at will call at the Mad Art Gallery.
