Parking

Laclede's Landing Shuttle

Complimentary buses run from 9am-10pm on Grand Parade Day, February 2, 2008. Buses pickup at 2nd & Lacledes Landing Blvd (across from the Big Bang).

Downtown Parking

Streets will be closed and parking will be restricted in Soulard on Feb 2, 2008 (Grand Parade Day only). Use one of the shuttle methods outlined below to get to Soulard Mardi Gras in St. Louis.

Free Downtown Parking Shuttle

Park at any of the downtown lots and ride the parking shuttle to Mardi Gras free courtesy of Central Parking, InterPark, S & H, St. Louis Parking, and the St. Louis Parking Division. Catch the shuttle at any of these stops:

  • Green - 10th and Spruce; 9th and Clark; Clark and Tucker
  • Purple - Clark midway between Broadway and 4th
  • Gold - 6th and Chestnut; 4th and Pine; 7th and Pine; 11th and Pine
  • Metro St. Louis

    On Feb. 2, 2008, Metro will operate the Mardi Gras shuttle from the Civic Center MetroLink Station at 14th and Clark to the 10th and Marion pedestrian walkway continuously from 9 a.m. to midnight at a roundtrip cost of $5. Children five and under ride free. No passes, tickets or transfers are valid on this shuttle. Roundtrip shuttle tickets will be sold at many MetroLink Stations.

    Mardi Gras Parking

    Pre-paid reserved parking for the Mardi Gras parade and festivities is now available.  All day parking for just $25.00 @ ST. Louis Trailer Washout Co. located at 3rd and Sidney.  Park your car or truck in a fenced in, secure paved parking lot with multiple indoor bathrooms that is just 2 blocks from the parade route and 8 blocks from 7th and Russell.  Parking will open at 6:00am.  Easy access in and out before, during, and after the festivities.  Tailgating is allowed and encouraged.

Why walk miles or pay $5.00 per person for a shuttle when you have this easy answer in front of you?     Soulard Residents

    Residents of Soulard must obtain and display a yellow zone parking pass to park in the yellow zone. Residents should click here to find out about the rules and pass.

    Handicap Parking

    Handicap parking will be available at 1700 S Broadway and at 1530 S Broadway.
