Champion’s Dinner

What: A five course fine dinning meal prepared by Chef Chris Williams of Franco Restaurant
When: February 02, 2012  6:00pm-10:00pm
Where: Saint Louis City Hall


6:00 p.m

The Champion’s Dinner will begin with a cocktail hour that will feature guided samplings by AB InBev Brewmasters and Karl Runge of Taste Vino South American Wines

7:15 p.m.

Guests will move under the pavilion to be seated for the five-course meal 

7:30 p.m.

A short presentation by Dan Buck, Executive Director of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation.

7:35 p.m.

The first course is served. 

, will make an announcement and the 5-course dinner, prepared by Chef Chris of Franco, will be served.  

Cost

$1000 for a table of ten or $100 per person

1) Beet Carpaccio, Goat Cheese Timbale, Champagne-Truffle Vinaigrette

2) Harr Farms Duck Leg “Prosciutto”, Watercress, Walnuts, Tomato, Grilled Bread

3) Braised Pork Belly, Frisee, Grain Mustard Sauce

4) Beef Daube, Winter Vegetables, Puff Pastry

5) Petit Fours- Coconut Macaroon, Dark Chocolate Framboise Truffle, Orange Blossom Madeline, Passion fruit Marshmellows?
